Tuesday, June 30, 2015 (Tabata Tuesday!)

Check in: "23/30: You have a choice. You can throw in the towel or use it to wipe the sweat off your face and keep going."

Warm-up:
Run In Place
Front Kicks
Jumping Jacks
Knee Hugs

Workout:
30s/10s. 8 rounds, alternating, before moving to the next station. 1 min rest between.
1) Slides/ Squat Jumps
2) Kettlebell Swings
3) Mtn Climbers/ Burpee Shuffles
4) Bicycle Crunch/ Line Hops
5) Sprints
6) Reverse Sled Pulls
